Shynies.ai (the "Service", "we", "us", "our") is an independent adult entertainment website. It is not operated through a registered company. Account data: your email address, and your password stored only as a salted hash, never in readable form.
Chat data: the messages you send and the replies generated for you, linked to your account.
Usage data: timestamps such as sign-in and when you open a conversation, the plan you are on, and free-trial counters.
Technical data: your IP address and basic request information, kept for security and abuse prevention.
Payment data: handled by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation of payment, the plan, and a transaction reference. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Why we use it

To provide the Service, your account, and your conversations.
To take and manage payments and renewals.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and breaches of the Terms.
To keep the Service secure, reliable, and to improve it.
To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

Our legal bases, where the GDPR or similar laws apply, are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, your consent for non-essential cookies, and compliance with law.

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under contract, and only as needed:

Large language model providers process the text of your messages so the Service can generate replies. They act as processors and may not use your text for their own purposes.
Our payment processor handles transactions and fraud checks.
Hosting and infrastructure providers serve the site and run the application and database.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Account data: kept while your account is open, then deleted or anonymized within 90 days of account closure.
Chat messages: kept while your account is open; deleted or anonymized within 90 days of account closure, or sooner on a verified deletion request.
Security and payment logs: kept for up to 24 months for fraud prevention and to meet financial record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, write to support@shynies.com. We may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions use signed cookies sent over HTTPS, and access to systems is limited. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to support@shynies.com and we will delete it.
