Complaint Policy

Shynies.ai takes complaints about content and conduct seriously, including complaints from people who do not have an account.

How to complain

Send complaints to support@shynies.com. Tell us what the content or behaviour is, where it is on the Service, and why you are complaining. If you are complaining that content depicts you or a real person without consent, or that it may involve a minor, say so clearly so we can prioritise it.

What we do with it

We acknowledge complaints within 7 days.
We review the content or account concerned and take it down or restrict it where it breaks our Acceptable Use Policy or the law.
We aim to tell you the outcome within 14 days. Complex cases can take longer.
Content that appears to involve a minor or non-consensual intimate imagery is removed on a priority basis and reported to the authorities where appropriate.

Appeals

If you are the account holder affected by a decision and believe it was wrong, reply to our decision email within 14 days and we will review it again.
