Content Removal Request

This page explains how to ask Shynies.ai to remove content that you believe depicts you, or that you appear in without your consent.

Who can request removal

If you are depicted in content on the Service, you can request its removal. A parent, guardian, lawyer, or other authorised representative can make the request for a depicted person.

What to include

Send your request to support@shynies.com with:

The URL or URLs on the Service where the content appears.
A description of the content and of the part that depicts you.
A way for us to verify your identity, or your authority to act for the depicted person. We will tell you what is acceptable and will use it only to handle the request.

Non-consensual intimate images

We treat reports of non-consensual intimate imagery, including sexual "deepfakes" of real people, as urgent. We will remove confirmed material quickly and may report it to the authorities.

Turnaround

We aim to review removal requests and respond within 7 days. Complex cases, or cases where we need more information from you, can take longer.

Note on fictional characters

The companions on the Service are fictional AI personas and are not intended to depict real people. If a generated image nonetheless resembles you, you can still use this process and we will review it. See the AI Disclaimer for background.
